Teen Cooking Camps!

We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Spring Break Teen Camps! Designed for young food enthusiasts, this 3-day camp offers a fun and educational journey through Italian, French, and Asian cuisines. Students will learn basic knife skills, pasta making, sushi rolling, vegetable prep and pastry making.  Each day will end with a round of Culinary Decisions Food Trivia Game!

The three day holiday camp includes 4 hour cooking classes that are educational and delicious!  The students will dine on their culinary creations after completing the recipes. Sign up now below -- space is limited to 12 students. The cost is just $200.00 which includes all three days!

Class Schedule: 

  • Dates

    • Monday April 14th - Italian Classics: Pasta making to include Raviolis with Marinara Sauce and Cannoli Mascarpone
    • Tuesday April 15th - French Countryside: Baked Brie with Applies, Chicken Coq au Vin and Chocolate Mousse
    • Wednesday April 16th - Asian Cuisine: Sushi Rice, Sushi Rolls, Salmon and Tuna Nigiri and Shrimp Red Curry Thai Noodles
  • Time: 10 AM – 1 PM

  • Includes: Hands-on cooking lessons and a delicious lunch each day
