What we do with the information you send us, and how to reach Chef David if any part of this site is hard to use. Last updated November 2, 2026.
Privacy policy
This website belongs to Jamrock Culinary Arts Center, 191 San Felipe Rd, Suite H, Hollister, CA 95023. You can browse it without telling us anything about yourself.
What we collect
We only get personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms: a reservation, private-event menu, teen camp sign-up, gift certificate request, contact note or the news list. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email, party size, preferred dates, the occasion, allergies or dietary needs, and, for teen camp, your camper's name and age and whether you're OK with camp photos.
Teen camp sign-ups should be made by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
How we use it
Chef David uses it to answer you: to confirm a reservation, plan your menu around allergies, quote a private event, set up a gift certificate or enroll your teen. If you join the news list, we'll email you new menus, holiday dinners and class dates when there's news, never more than a few times a month. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or texting (831) 537-3500.
We don't sell your information, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
A few services help run this site:
- Netlify hosts the website and passes form messages along to Chef David.
- YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only loads if you press play on a video.
- Google Maps shows the map on the contact page. Google loads it from its own servers under its own privacy policy.
Payments for camps and gift certificates happen outside this site, by Zelle or Venmo, under those services' own terms. This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It uses no cookies. Your browser keeps two small notes for this site only: whether you picked Full or Calm motion, and any dishes you add in the catering menu builder, so they're still there if you come back. They never leave your device. Because we don't track you across sites, we don't respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals.

To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, email dmjamrock@gmail.com or call or text (831) 537-3500. If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to find a class, read a menu and book a seat. This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. It works with a keyboard and screen readers, and the Motion: Calm switch in the footer turns off animation.
