Question 01
None at all. Chef David scales every recipe for beginners and casual cooks, shows each step first, and works right alongside you. Experienced cooks always pick up new tricks too.
Question 02
Two hours of hands-on instruction, all the ingredients portioned at your station, and the meal itself. You sit down and eat what you made, and most nights there are leftovers to take home.
Question 03
Small. Chef David keeps groups intimate so everyone gets real time at the stove. Bringing a group? Book your own private class any day.
Question 04
Comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and long hair tied back. Come hungry.
Question 05
Tell Chef David when you reserve and he'll plan your menu around it. Our kitchen also handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, fish and shellfish, so we can't promise a completely allergen-free kitchen.
Question 06
Yes. Gift certificates work for cooking classes, Friday dinners, teen camps and private events, and they never expire. Get one here or call (831) 537-3500.
